Returns and exchanges

Unused items in original packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery. Write care@timelessgalleryllc.com with the order number.

We cover return shipping when the item arrived damaged or was not the item you ordered. Change-of-mind returns ship at the buyer cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Custom work, opened candles, and sale items marked final are not returnable. Pickup orders can be refused at the counter if the box has not been opened.
